See my process for choosing colors. It’s a lot of guessing until I get something my eye likes. Anyway, I just want to say this has been the saddest March ever. At the beginning of the month me and my co-workers were so excited to have our restaurant and bar filled for March Madness. It is one of the busiest times of the year for our business. My heart goes out to my co-workers that are now jobless. This is a scary situation. No one has ever seen anything like this in their lifetime. I am praying for everyone in this uncertain time. I really feel this should not need to be said, but apparently it does. If you are reposting someone's artwork, you need to credit them!!! I work hard on anything I create and when people post it without credit I am missing opportunities. I am missing opportunities to connect to potential customers because they think the poster created the art. I missed those who would have followed me because they liked what I created. It may not be a big deal to you but to me it is a big deal. it sometimes takes me away from my kids to create. Just because it's online doesn't mean it's yours to just take as you please. Please just be courteous and kind and give credit where it's due.

I know I haven’t been too active on IG. For awhile I lost the drive to do IG because I saw how much it was changing. Change=fear (for me). I guess I figured if posting wasn’t getting many likes then people didn’t really want to see what I was posting anyway. I’ve come to realize it’s not about the numbers. It’s about helping others and that’s what it’s always been. I’m not sure why my thinking changed. When I started this journey I wanted to see my growth,other like minded people’s growth, and be HELPFUL. Because it honestly helps me to help others.
This is more than just IG tho. Not only was I giving up on IG but I was giving up on life and my passions in life. I put off goals that I set out to do, but NO MORE! I won’t let my fears and anxiety stop me anymore. Those who are happy for these changes will be the ones I need to keep in my life. I usually give so much of myself whether it’s at my job, friends, relationships or kids. It’s time I be selfish in some aspects of my life. I deserve that. Everyone deserves to be selfish when there are parts of your life that you are unhappy about. Tell me about your anxiety and fears! Let’s work on this journey together!
